"The Minimalist" is a traditional home that infuses the styles of classic, modern, craftsman, and farmhouse. The downstairs is a 3 car garage, with the 2 car side finished as a laundry room, bathroom, playroom, office, storage and storm shelter.
Upstairs is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with an open living and kitchen combo. Natural materials such as black walnut and eastern pine were used to customize features, creating a timeless home aesthetic.
